Baxx works with a combination between a subscription and usage-based fee. Each Plan has a monthly subscription flatfee that includes a certain number of orders. Once this number gets exceeded, a fee per additional order will be charged.

We have a total of 5 plans available that include all features.

To help you decide what Plan suits best, check the table below. In the table you will find the amount of monthly orders and their best suiting Plan.

Orders are different to order items, it doesn't matter how much items are in an order. Even if your customer sells 5 items at once, it's calculated as 1 order.

All plans have a minimum duration of 3 months. After this period of time it's possible to cancel your plan with a 30 days notice.

When you exceed 80% of your monthly account usage we'll inform you about this per email. If you want to change your subscription you can do so by contacting your account manager.
