You can use Baxx in two ways:
Either go for the easy out-of-the-box option where you use our theme, upload your logo and set your brand colors. No code necessary.
Or get fully customized and build your unique buyback portal with a Baxx backend.
Since each use case is unique, we're happy to help you making the right decision between the two options. Don't hesitate to us about this.
Baxx lets you handle your product catalog by using an Excel file which you can download and upload. This file includes all details about products and their variants, such as different iPhone 14 models, each linked to a specific questionnaire and a single base price.
Before customers can proceed with shipping and selling to your business, they need to evaluate their items with a that impacts the base price depending on the answers given.
In other words, customers need to answer questions. Depending on their answers we can do something with the product's base price. This could mean increasing or decreasing the price by a fixed amount, a percentage, or not altering it at all.
Example 1 An iPhone 14 Pro 128GB has a base price of €200. In the questionnaire that is connected to this item the questions are answered in a way that leads to a decrease of €120 in valuation. This means the customer will be shown a buyback value of €80.
Example 2
An iPhone 15 128GB has a base price of €230. The questions in the questionnaire that is connected to this item are answered in a way that leads to a increase of 15% in valuation. This means the customer will be shown a buyback value of €264,50.
We've build Baxx for the European market which means it has to support multiple languages in many countries. The options include:
One country, multiple languages: i.e. Belgium where people speak mostly French and Vlemish.
Multiple countries, single language: i.e. an Italian shop and a German shop each with only one language.
Multiple countries, multiple languages: i.e. a French and Spanish shop, each with their own multiple languages.
Baxx also supports multiple currencies.
Baxx supports multiple front-ends for one Baxx back-end. This means you're able to run multiple buyback websites at once, and manage them from a single Baxx environment.
For shipping we integrate with one of the biggest shipping software companies in Europe: Sendcloud. Because of this integration we can offer most of the popular shipping options in each European country.
In Baxx' backend you will see all items that your customers have sold to you, or are in the process of selling to you. Each of the items has an unique timeline. In this timeline the item will go from the status to a variety of other , depending on what is happening with the item.
When an item gets a certain status, it's possible to send a to the customers. These emails are pulled from a previously setup email-template.
When you are waiting for a customer to do an action - i.e. bring or send an item to you - you can set-up multiple .
In this way it's possible to fully process an item from registration at your buyback portal to SEPA .
If you're in the need or building extra functionality or connect Baxx to your own systems you can use our API to realize this. Read more about this subject in our .
