Go to ⛭ Settings > Questionnaire

Create your first questionnaire. Follow these steps:

Here you're able to create a 'tree' of questions and possible answers. Think about what questions and answers would be relevant. In our example set-up we'll be adding a questionnaire for the buyback of bikes.

• Question 1: Does your bike have the original battery?

  • Answer 1 Yes (go to question 2)

  • Answer 2 No and set the price to minus - € 90 (go to question 2)

• Question 2: Does your bike has any defects?

  • Answer 1 Yes (go to question 3)

  • Answer 2 No (go to question 4)

• Question 3: What defects does your bike have?

  • Answer 1 Battery and set the price to minus - € 180 (go to question 4)

  • Answer 2 Missing parts and set the price to minus - € 400 (go to question 4)

  • Answer 3 Anything else and set the price to minus - 100% (go to question 4)

• Question 4: Do you have all accessoires?

  • Answer 1 Yes and set the price to plus + € 50

  • Answer 2 No and nothing happens to the price

Now exit the window and 'Process' the questionnaire. You're now ready to go to the next step Add Products.
