Go to Sidebar > Shop
A shop is a front-end website that your customers use to get a value for their items and placing buyback orders. Within Baxx you can have multiple shops in multiple countries and languages.
Most of the fields are already set-up by default. You're able to edit those if needed. Check below and find the function of each field.
Name
Your shops name. This will be visible to your customers
Shop ID
Your shop ID, this will be generated automatically
Active
Enable of Disable your shop
URL
Your first shop's URL can be either be an https://
company-name
.baxx.app
URL, or if you self-host your buyback platform your own custom URL
Theme
Set up your brands colors, favicon and logo
Pick your senders email address, your standard email template and your smtp service provider.
Shop key
Your shop API key, this will be generated automatically and is used to connect to Baxx' API when you've build your buyback website at your own hosting or server.
Country
Select in which country, or multiple countries the shop will be active in
Language
Select the languages the shop in a certain country will have. Also use this popup to download and upload your translation files
Delivery
In 'Shipping options' you can connect to Sendclouds available shipping options In 'Dropoff stores' you can add your physical address where customers can drop-off their items
Money
Set minimum order amounts per country. If you're charging customers to get the rejected items returned, you can set up the amount here. Also, you can opt for 'round prices' where the decimals in your prices will disappear. You're able to manipulate prices for this country in multiple ways. There is also support for other currencies.
After editing your Shop's settings, always click 'Publish' to actually save the changes. Once published the changes will be immediately visible in your shop.
When you're finished setting up your shop, you can move on to Create Questionnaire.
