🧦Add Products

We like working with Microsoft Excel (or Google Spreadsheets) to manage our catalog. It's easy to manage, fast and adds many functionality through it's build in features.

Export and Import

Go to your Catalogue:

Sidebar > Catalogue

To Export or Import a XLSX file you easily pick one of the two buttons in the top right corner of the window.

First time? Export the Catalogue to get the Excel-file with all Columns pre-defined.

After an Import you have to Publish your Shop to push the catalog changes to your live environment.

Create Category

Click 'Categories' button at the top right corner of the window. Add a first category Bike and hit Process.

Create Test Product

After you exported the Excel-file and created a category it's time to create a product. Make sure you fill these mandatory columns:

• m_category: the category you just created: Bike

• m_brand: in example Giant

• m_model: in example AnyTour E+

• p_questionaireId: use the questionnaire ID from last step, i.e. 1

• p_price: for this item, i.e. 1499

After saving the file, you Import it in Baxx and then your Shop.

Add Image

After Importing and Publishing your Shop, you can open the product in your Catalogue. Simply drag and drop an image in the imagebox and Publish your Shop again.
