🧑Inviting Users

If you want to invite your colleagues to Baxx you can do so by going to the Users settings.

Invite your colleagues by clicking 'New user'

After clicking 'New user' a new row appears in the list of users. By clicking on the empty row you're able to fill in the details of the new user.

For each user you can assign a single or multiple Roles. After completing the form, click 'Reset password' to generate an email to the given email address where the new user can finish setting up the account.

Baxx_support User

All Baxx environments have a Baxx_support user. This our support account and enables us to login and help you if any questions occur.

If the Baxx_support user is disabled, we can't login in your Baxx environment.

Roles

There are 4 types of roles (permission levels) in the product.

Role	Capabilities
Administrator	Has all admin privileges
Payments	Able to perform payments to customers
Catalogue	Able to add or edit products in the catalogue
Purchasing	Can process orders and items

You can set multiple Roles for one user.
