In an open order popup you can add a status by clicking 'Add status'.
A new popup will open where you will be able to give all necessary details for the new status.
Message: internal notes, not visible for customers.
Product: if you received a different product you can edit this here. The product must be known in the catalog.
Serial number: if applicable you can add a serial number.
IMEI: if applicable you can add a IMEI.
Price: edit the price manually or calculate the price by editing the questionnaire. Hover your mouse on this field to see the 'cash' icon.
Defects: if relevant, it's possible to select defects here.
Email: sends your customer a transactional email.
QR: allows you to add a picture to the order. Simply scan this QR with your phone and use it's camera.
After changing all relevant fields you can 'save' and the status update will be added to the timeline.
Status: select the new status here. It's also possible to keep the current status. To learn more about statusses, .
