Order Popup

The order popup window will be your tool to handle items and communicate with your customers.

Left: the left side contains all order information. At the top you'll find personal and contact information from your customer. The second block contains information about the item. It shows the questions from the questionnaire and the customers answers. You will see the quoted price as well.

At the bottom the information (like Serial numbers or IMEI's) about the specific item is shown. If you use the Phonecheck integration, information from Phonecheck will show here.

By clicking the personal info area, you're able to change the customer's information.

Right: this is the timeline of the item. You will see all status-updates here, the time it was made and the name of the user that added the status. If the customer was sent an email during the status-update, it will show the envelope icon. By clicking, it will show the content of the email. You're able to add something to the timeline by clicking 'Add status'.

You can toggle the email display for all statusses by holding down the control key (or meta key on Mac) while clicking the envelope icon.
