You can edit the content of the email subject and body. In the body you can use the following markers.
@@SHOPNAME@@
Will be replaced by the name of the corresponding Shop.
@@SHOPURL@@
Will be replaced by the url of the corresponding Shop.
@@SHIPPING@@
Will be replaced by the content from the shipping popup.
@@ORDERNR@@
Will be replaced by the order number.
@@PERSONALDETAILS@@
Will be replaced by the name, address, email and IBAN and, if relevant, the business name of the customer.
@@ITEMTABLES@@
Will be replaced by a table with the details of the product(s) the customer has registered. For each product the model brand, product name, quantity, price offered (in the currency of the customer) and questionaire with answers will be shown.
@@TOTALPRICE@@
Will be replaced by the total price offered for all the product(s) the customer has registered, in the currency of the customer.
When a customer needs to take action and there is a delay Baxx will send them reminder emails (up to a maximum of four).
Clicking the reminders count opens a popup where you can add or remove reminders and type the text for each reminder email. In the email body you can use @@ORIGINALMAIL@@ marker to repeat the content of the initial mail.
You can chose to change the status when the last reminder is sent, for example change the status from 'expected' to 'canceled' after the last reminder.
Reminders interval: the number of weeks between each reminder.
/ Shipping
Shipping: in the popup type some text that can be used in the Email to replace the @@SHIPPING@@ field. Email: First email sent to customer when they place an order.
The email sent to the customer will also contain a link to cancel the order.
